Custom Gunite Pools.

Built to Last. Designed to Impress.

At Envisioning Green, we believe your pool should be as durable as it is beautiful. That is exactly what you get when you build with gunite pools. It gives you a backyard centerpiece meant to last for decades.

What Is a Gunite Pool?

Gunite is a mix of cement, sand, and water that’s sprayed at high pressure onto a steel rebar frame to form the pool’s shell. Unlike fiberglass or vinyl-liner pools, which come from a factory mold, gunite is applied on site. That means the shape, size, and layout aren’t limited to a preset design. If you can picture it, we can likely build it.
Once the shell cures, it gets finished with plaster, pebble, tile, or an aggregate surface. You choose the look and feel.

Why Choose Gunite?

Unlimited Design Freedom Gunite pools can be built in almost any shape, depth, or size. A free-form lagoon, a clean geometric lap pool, a sun shelf, a swim-up bar, a natural stone waterslide. Gunite handles all of it. Your design isn’t boxed in by a mold.
Built to Last A well-built gunite pool can last 50+ years or more with routine care. The steel-reinforced shell holds up against cracking and shifting, which matters a lot in areas where the ground moves seasonally.
Higher Property Value Because gunite pools are permanent, high-quality installations, they tend to add more resale value than other pools.
Finish Options From classic white plaster to pebble finishes and glass tile accents, there’s a wide range of surfaces to match your outdoor space.
Fits Into a Bigger Outdoor Living Plan Since gunite pools are built in place, they connect naturally with hardscaping, water features, pavilions, fire features, and landscaping. We can design your whole backyard as one connected space instead of a pool that just happens to sit in the yard.

How a Gunite Pool Gets Built

Design and Planning

We work with you on layout, depth, and any custom features like sun shelves, swim lanes, or waterslides.

Steel Reinforcement

A rebar grid goes in first to give the shell its strength.

Curing

The shell cures for about 7 to 10 days before moving forward.

Plumbing and Equipment

Filtration, circulation, heating, and lighting all get installed and tested.

Fill and Startup

The pool fills, water chemistry gets balanced, and every system gets checked before handoff.

Excavation

The site gets dug out to match the design.

Gunite Application

Gunite is sprayed onto the steel frame to form the pool's structure.

Tile and Coping

Waterline tile and coping go in to define the edges and finish the look.

Interior Finish

Plaster, pebble, or tile gets applied to the interior.
